Shell Material

Three-Layer Tunnel Oven Surface Treatment

Surface grinding, polishing, and phosphating (improves metal corrosion resistance and paint adhesion).

High-temperature spray coating (large corrugated type) for rust and corrosion resistance; color: 'C7035' (RAL 7035 gray).

Inner Tank Material

Constructed with 1.5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate.

Maintains a clean and dust-free inner tank, resistant to rust and corrosion.

Air Exchange Device

4 air inlets and 4 air outlets are provided on the furnace body.

The equipment reserves 50 mm long air inlet/outlet chain interfaces for easy connection.

Airflow can be adjusted to ensure uniform temperature inside the furnace.
