
After strict technical evaluation and supplier screening by customers in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, they finally placed a bulk order for our company's high-end UV curing line equipment. Under the full-process control of the industrial equipment engineering system, from the early-stage project requirement docking, our technical team carried out customized design of core parameters of the UV curing line, such as light intensity distribution, transmission speed, and temperature control system, combining with the customer's production line layout, capacity goals, and process requirements, to ensure seamless adaptation of the equipment to the customer's production process.
In the production and manufacturing stage, relying on the intelligent industrial equipment engineering production line, high-precision mechanical processing equipment completes the manufacturing of key components such as the frame and transmission components. The electrical engineering team adopts a modular integration scheme to achieve precise assembly and debugging of the control system. Each UV curing line must undergo a 72-hour continuous full-load operation test, covering a number of strict industrial standard detection processes, such as ultraviolet radiation intensity uniformity detection, temperature fluctuation range monitoring, and transmission stability verification. At the same time, aiming at the cross-border transportation needs, the engineering team uses seismic and moisture-proof industrial-grade packaging solutions and collaborates with professional logistics service providers to plan the optimal transportation route. At present, this batch of customized UV curing line equipment has passed the final acceptance, completed all shipment preparations, and is about to depart for Vietnam to escort the customer's efficient production.
